Where are you located?
We are centrally located in Honolulu at 1284 Kalani Street. Just 10 minutes east of the airport, and 10 minutes west of Waikiki.
It's a holiday--will you be open?
The only holidays throughout the year that will be observed are: Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Year. Otherwise, we are open as usual on all other holidays.
Where else can I find your products?
All 7-Eleven stores across the state of Hawai'i carry selected UBAE products, and all Aloha Island Mart stores across O'ahu carry our ube crinkle cookies & ube tarts! You'll also find our products at Island Shave Ice & Creamery in Kapolei, and at Sweet Treats by Kris in Honolulu.
We also have retailers on the neighbor islands:

What allergens are in your products?
Our shop contains products that include common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, soy, milk, eggs and wheat. All of UBAE’s products may contain traces of these allergens due to the chance for cross contact at our shop, and third-party facilities that manufacture and handle our ingredients. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergen contact.
While UBAE employs good sanitation practices, we cannot guarantee there will not be trace allergens in our products. Our products may be made on the same surfaces or equipment, which may result in all our products coming into contact with an allergen. As some allergies can be very severe, we suggest guests with intolerances should consult with their doctor before consuming our products.
Only our ube (and buko pandan) soft serve is dairy-free / plant-based. All other products are not.
How do I place an order for your cakes?
You can conveniently place a pre-order by phone, or in person, during our hours of operation. Pre-orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. Please note that we require a minimum of 2 days pre-order to be placed for 8" round cakes.
Do you cater?
Please inquire within for large orders and catering options. Please note that large orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. We do not deliver at this time.

Do you do fundraisers?
UBAE can help with your fundraising needs by offering fundraising tickets (50 ticket minimum). Please email us at [email protected] for more information. Please note that UBAE is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. UBAE will not honor any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do! However, they're valid and redeemable in-store ONLY. Gift cards are not currently supported by our online store. If you'd like to view your balance, you can do so by clicking here.
What's the shelf life on your perishable products?

How do you suggest we travel with your perishable products?
First, we recommend that you check with TSA for your airline’s policy regarding ice packs, dry ice, and/or perishable items. As for the products itself, we recommend storing them in either a cooler, or a cooler/insulated bag and keeping them chilled at all times. Check out our insulated cooler bags for keeping your UBAE bae's nice & cool.

- Refrigerated: up to 1 week from purchase date
- Can be kept out for up to 3 hours; refrigerate immediately before consuming
- Keep out of direct sunlight/extreme heat

After your order has been placed, processed and payment approved, your product will ship via USPS. There is a shipping & handling fee for all products that are shipped.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. In addition to that, your order will be shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) of processing your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive notification through the email address you list on each order. This email will contain shipping information, including a tracking number. UBAE does not guarantee any exact delivery date or time frame for any order. Any listed time for shipping is an estimate only. UBAE is not responsible or liable for any lost, held, misplaced, delayed, or damaged packages (including, but not limited to weather damage).
Your order will be delivered to the address you enter, so please confirm that the address you enter is correct and current. UBAE is not responsible for address changes once a shipment label is created. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address being entered, you will be charged for a new shipping label for the package to be sent to the correct address.
There are no refunds, no exchanges, and no exceptions. Once your package is turned over to the mail courier, ownership of each package transfers to the buyer. UBAE is not responsible or liable for any lost, held, misplaced, delayed, or damaged packages (including, but not limited to weather damage). Refusing product by the customer does not excuse the customer of re-delivery or return shipping costs.
